Senior Leadership Staff

Pat Hood - Senior Pastor

Pat is a passionate, relational leader and is responsible for giving overall vision and direction to LifePoint. Pat began his leadership of the church in January of 1994. He has successfully transitioned over the last decade to have a missional mindset that impacts our world, locally and globally. Pat and his wife, Amy, have three sons, Seth, Zach and Isaiah, and two daughters, Jadyn and Aly Kate.

Nathaniel Hale - Executive Pastor of Administration

Nathaniel joined the staff in 2006 after working in several different industries in the business community.  Nathaniel gives direction in the day-to-day operations and resources of the church, wrapped in a heart for people.  Nathaniel and his wife, Ashley, have three daughters, Evan, Reese, and Ryan.

Eddie Mosley - Executive Pastor of GroupLife

Eddie brings an infectious enthusiasm for people to experience life-change at LifePoint as he gives direction and strategy to adult small groups and other adult ministries.  Before rejoining the staff in 2005, Eddie served on staff in the 1990s followed by several years as a church consultant.  Eddie and wife, Lisa, have two sons, Graham & Gresham.

Jason Stewart - Executive Pastor of Worship Programming 

Jason joined our staff in 2004 leading the student ministry. He now helps craft the methods and message of LifePoint while leading the Worship Programing Division and Communications Department. Jason uses creativity and innovative strategy to communicate the life-changing message of Jesus.  Jason and Kelly have two daughters, Parker & Emery, and a son, Bradley.

Chris Hollomon - Executive Pastor of Next Gen

Chris leads the Next Gen Division by giving direction to LifePoint Preschool, Kids, and Students. Chris began as Middle School Pastor and has been on staff since 2004. He also is catalyst for our developing Orphan Care Ministries. Chris has an infectious spirit for people and the purposes of God. Chris and his wife, Dawn, parent their sons Myles and Leul.

Next Gen Staff

David McCaman - LifePoint Students Director

David became a Christ-follower as a youth through the student ministry at LifePoint. After serving on two church staffs in East Tennessee, David joined the student ministry staff team in 2006. David and his wife, Jennifer, bring an energy and determination to see students and their families know the glory of Jesus in their daily life. David and Jennifer have one son, Josiah.

Dustin Dozier - High School and College Director

Dustin joined the LifePoint staff in January of 2012. He is married to Sloan, and they have three sons.

Brigid Waring - LifePoint Kids Director

Brigid joined the LifePoint staff in the Fall of 2010. Brigid has a long track record of training and development in the marketplace before serving now in her second church staff position in Kids' Ministry. She is passionate about helping children discover their mission and purpose for Jesus. Brigid's husband is Tommy and they have four children; Anna, Tripp, Katie and Lilly.

Amber Morton - LifePoint Preschool Director 

Amber has attended LifePoint since she was a kid, and now serves as our Preschool Director. She has a heart for missions and teaching. A once 8th grade biology teacher, Amber now organizes environments for birth through Pre-K. Amber is married to Justin.

Worship Programming Staff

David Cox - Production Director

David gives leadership to the many technical areas of LifePoint, helping our environments strive for excellence.  Along with many editing and technical projects he produces, David also leads a large and talented volunteer team.  David is married to Christy, and they have two children, Joshua and Hannah.

Micah Huebner - Worship Leader

Micah has been intregral part of LifePoint since his time as a college student at Belmont University leading worship for the student ministry and other areas of leadership. Micah joined our full-time staff team in January of 2008 as a worship and band leader. Micah and his wife Ashley have a daughter, Juliet.

Michael ‘Sully’ Sullivan - Communications Specialist

Sully grew up at LifePoint and became a Christ-follower through the student ministry as a high school student and then joined the staff in January of 2007. Sully combines a heart for ministry with a great talent for graphic and web design that allows the church to strive for excellence and relevance. Sully is married to Kristi.

Justin Crutchfield - Associate Production Director

Justin grew up at LifePoint and has served in many different areas of the church throughout the years. Justin joined the Worship Programming staff full-time in June of 2010 as the Associate Production Director. He has a desire to reach the nations through the art of communication and production.

Tim Patterson - LifePoint Global Director

Tim leads a multi-faceted ministry in local, national, and international missions. Serving 15 years on the international mission fields of Honduras, Mexico, and India, Tim has a passion to mobilize Christ-followers to take the message of Christ throughout the world. Tim's wife is Dorcas and their daughter is Abbey.

Rodney Wilson - LifePoint Marriages Director

Rodney serves our church and community by helping build and repair marriages and families. Through his extensive counseling and speaking ministry, Rodney also helps to develop events for family growth. Rodney and his wife, Selma, are authors, travel frequently speaking at conferences, and have two adult daughters, Jennifer and Natalie.

Lenny Farmer - Senior Adult Director

Lenny became Director of the Senior Adult Ministry in September of 2006. In addition to coordinating the senior adult events throughout the year, Lenny leads the Classic Service on Sunday evenings at 6:00pm in The Hub. He is married to Elaine. Together they have 2 daughters, Jill and Joy, 2 sons, Joshua and Jordan and 4 grandchildren.

Charity Smith - Office Manager & Assistant to the Pastors

Charity and her family have been attending LifePoint since 1999 and joined our support staff in July of 2006. She believes it is a privilege that she gets to use her gifts to serve the body of Christ. Charity and her husband, Jamie, have a son, Zack, and a daughter, Haley.

Brian Crabtree - Facilities Director

Brian joined the LifePoint staff in June 2011. He is responsible for and manages all the facilities at LifePoint. Brian and his wife, Heather, have two sons, Brandon and Nathan.

Becca Wilson - Creative Learning Center Director

Becca has been a member at LifePoint since 1998. She began directing the CLC program in 2010. She has a heart for missions and serving families. Becca is married to is Scott, and they have three boys, Eli, Jonah and Kenan.

Kris joined our team in the summer of 2009, and leads the new Stewarts Creek Campus. Kris and his wife, Vanessa, have two sons, Konnor and Brady, and a daughter, Emma.

Dale Braswell - Lynnwood Campus Pastor

Dale moved to the Seattle area in May of 2008 and started Connect Church in the fall of 2009.  Following the merger of Connect with LifePoint Dale became the campus pastor of the new LifePoint Lynnwood campus.  Dale has a passion for communicating the truths of Scripture and helping to start a church planting movement that will radically impact the Northwest.   Dale and his wife Tina have two children, Hannah and Kaitlyn.

Kyle has been on staff since 2002 and is responsible for implementing church ministries as well as leading our talented staff. Kyle has a passion for developing leaders for ministry locally and around the world. Married to Amy, they have 3 children — Jordan, Peyton, and Evan.

Bret leads the LifePoint Bangkok team. He has an incredible drive and thirst for seeing the lost come to Christ. Bret is married to Susie.
