The action of the Transformers cartoons and movies have caught
the imagination of generations. The idea that one thing (a car) can turn
into something totally different (a lifelike robot) captures the
interest of mere mortals. Down deep we all want to change, look
different, be different. We want to take the normal everyday living and
moving around to a dynamic adventure.
In the New Testament, Jesus often took the time to engage people in
their normal, everyday situation and they walked away
changed…transformed. As the original Transformer, Jesus not only has
the desire but the ability and power to take our lives and to transform
them into something exciting, whole and abundant.
