LifePoint Church exists to point people to a Christ-centered life. A Christ-centered life is marked by five characteristics found in the Bible. We describe the five characteristics as Worship, Biblical Community, Service, Influence, and Generosity. Simply, we are driven to help people to take next steps in their journey with God. We are passionate about helping people of all ages experience life change and a Christ-centered life.
We fulfill our mission through weekly worship environments for all ages, relational connections in groups, service opportunities inside the church & outside the church locally & globally, and more.
LifePoint (originally First Baptist Church, Smyrna) is a congregation with an age of 100 years. Although the church has a long and significant history, LifePoint continues to adapt and change to the needs of families, communities, and the world so that they may embrace Christ and have a full life through Him. Through innovative practices and a culture that is real, relaxed, and relational, LifePoint continues to see authentic life-change in the lives of individuals, families, and entire communities.
